Thanks to the preoperative endoscopy, the knowledge concerning living human matter is largely improved. A new concept based on a multifibrillar indoor architectures, able to respond to mechanical constraints, is proposed. This multifibrillar network has a dispersed pattern, a chaotic scaffold, but nevertheless is responsible of the best mechanical efficiency.
