How to Order

You may order by telephone (951.677.0652), via email, or by using the online ordering system on this website. Most orders are shipped on the day they are received. If you place your order by telephone, we are happy to make recommendations based on your interests, educational and professional level.

We have a wonderful collection of books on osteopathy, anatomy, embryology, physiology, trauma resolution and many titles in the natural health field. We also have an extensive collection of anatomical models, many of them made exclusively for us.

To order, we will need a phone number, your email address, your shipping address, a Visa or Mastercard with expiration date and security code, and if your billing address is different from your shipping address, we will need that as well.

Shipping charges are determined by weight, size and destination. When we receive your order, we will weigh the package and determine what is the most economical method of shipping and also will ask how soon you would like to receive your order.

You may select UPS or US Postal Service if you have a preference.

We tend to use the US Postal Service for most orders as they usually have the best pricing and often times the quickest delivery time. If we are shipping to an address in the United States, we usually ship via Priority Mail, and if possible, we use Flat Rate Boxes or
Envelopes. We use UPS for certain high value orders in the United States due to their detailed tracking information.

If you are out of the US, we usually use International Global Priority or Global Express mail; to save you money, we usually use Flat Rate Envelopes or Boxes.
We now ship via DHL for many of our foreign orders as the package arrives in two days and it is often times the same price as the Postal System.

Orders shipped outside of the US will be marked as a "GIFT", also as "EDUCATIONAL MATERIALS, DUTY FREE"*, so you do not have to pay customs duty.

Once we have determined the shipping charges, we will email you with a total for final approval. Orders are not charged to your credit card until the day they are shipped.

If you call in your order and it is after business hours or we are on the other line, you may leave all of your ordering information on our Secure Voice Mail. We will contact you to verify the order. Our hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (California time), Monday through Saturday.
